Mary Young joined OCWW in 1997 after a career in secured lending which involved financing many M&A transactions at Bank of America, CIT Group, Chrysler and GE Capital. The vast majority of these were privately-held, middle market businesses. Her interest and focus has always been on "Main Street not Wall Street", and meeting the needs of private business owners for corporate finance advice. She has successfully completed both buy-side and sell-side acquisition searches and has also done financings and valuation work. She has also developed a network of European M&A contacts. She was previously an investment banker at Memhard Investment Bankers and an economic consultant at Data Resources, Inc. in New York. Mary is a graduate of Wellesley College and the MIT Sloan School of Management.
