Stephen Megyery is a Partner in the New York office of GCA. He has over 14 years of experience advising companies and investors in a variety of Sustainable Infrastructure sectors. Stephen focuses on private placements, project finance and financial structuring. Stephen is a registered representative of the Broker Dealer, Greentech Capital Advisors Securities, LLC. Stephen joined GCA from Coady Diemar Partners where he worked on M&A and private placements for companies across the Sustainable Infrastructure sector. Previously, he was a member of the Credit Suisse energy group and prior to that a project engineer at SNC-Lavalin working on international project development. Stephen holds a Masters of Business Administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Queen’s University Canada.
