Bio

Prior to joining Navidar, Brad worked in investor relations for SBM Offshore, a category-leading European oilfield services company publicly traded in the Netherlands. Brad worked closely with the management team, based in Monaco and Amsterdam, to communicate with investors, navigate communications related to ongoing investigations into potentially improper sales practices, and conduct a review of strategic financing alternatives that led the company to pursue a U.S.-listed Master Limited Partnership initial public offering.. Prior to SBM Offshore, Brad spent several years as an associate investment banker at Clarkson Capital Markets. As the third U.S. employee of the boutique investment banking practice of London-listed Clarkson PLC, the world’s leading integrated shipping services group, Brad advised shipping, oil service, mining, and infrastructure companies on capital raising and mergers & acquisitions. Brad helped lead deal execution by representing a South Korean seller on Marine Money’s 2011 Private Equity Deal of the Year. Before Clarkson Capital Markets, Brad worked as an associate for Riverside Resources, an Austin-based commercial real estate investment and development firm. In this role, Brad evaluated and negotiated investment opportunities in the office, in-line retail and multi-family sectors. Brad began his career as an analyst in the maritime and oil services group at Jefferies & Companies, first in Houston before transferring to New York. Brad holds a BA in Economics and History, cum laude, from Rice University and an MBA from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business.
