Bio

Patrick has 30 years of experience in M&A, during which he has advised on over 150 operations. He started his career at BNP Paribas Banexi, then joined Andersen / Ernst & Young Corporate Finance as a Corporate Partner, and lastly Aforge Finance as Head of Mergers & Acquisitions. He graduated from IEP and CESB. Patrick is co-author of the book ““L’ingénierie financière dans la relation banque entreprise” (Edition Economica), which covers topics such as valuation, LBOs and M&A.
