Bio

Santiago Baena joined Natixis Partners España (formerly 360 Corporate) in 2011 and became a Partner in 2016. He was named Director in 2016. Mr. Baena’s ample experience includes corporate finance advisory (mergers, acquisitions and divestitures), debt advisory and debt structuring (including corporate loans, LBOs, project finance and asset backed finance). During his 12 years in investment banking, he has advised in a wide range of transactions in infrastructure, energy, consumer products, retail, healthcare and real estate for a broad range of clients comprising both private equity funds and corporates such as Macquarie, Proa Capital, Ardian, Arta Capital, La Sirena, Maheso, Gamesa, Marina Vela and Sabater Spices. Prior to joining Natixis Partner España, Mr. Baena was part of the Structured Debt team at Caixabank. Mr. Baena holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Universidad Comercial de Deusto (Deusto Business School).
