Bio

Jason joined MVP in 2007. As a member of the MVP Telecom Group, Jason provides merger and acquisition, capital raising and other advisory services to telecom operators, tower owners and developers as well as spectrum owners. Since joining MVP, Jason has been involved in over 150 transactions valued at more than $2 billion, including industry leading telecom and tower transactions. Jason is also involved throughout the telecom industry, including towers, spectrum and wireless. He written for AGL Magazine and has been a guest speaker at industry conferences, such as CTIA, AGL, and MoKan Wireless. Prior to MVP, Jason was an Audit Supervisor and a practicing Certified Public Accountant at Meara, King & Company, where he spent four years within audit and consulting services, including merger and acquisition advisory, litigation support and assurance services. He provided these services to a variety of clients in numerous sectors, such as engineering firms, manufacturers, healthcare service providers, automotive retailers and many more. Jason earned both his B.S. in Accounting and Business Administration as well as his M.S. in Accounting and Information Systems at the University of Kansas.
