Andrew joined MVP Capital in 2016 after having spent over a decade as an investment banker covering the media sector at CEA Capital Advisors, Oppenheimer & Co. and CIBC World Markets in New York City. Andrew has worked on more than 50 transactions representing over $5 billion in deal value. He has worked on numerous public and private debt and equity issuances, buyside and sellside M&A transactions and restructuring mandates for clients across most sectors of the media landscape. Recent clients include: Grant Group, Digity Media, Three Eagles Communications, Bahakel Communications, Maverick Media and MultiCultural Radio Broadcasting. Andrew received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with Honors from Stanford University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
