Bio

Shawn is a former commercial banking executive with approximately 40 years of financial services experience. He is a founder and organizer of York Traditions Bank. His banking experience includes 25 years in executive level management at York Traditions Bank, PeoplesBank, Drovers Bank and CoreStates/Hamilton. During his commercial banking career, Shawn has been responsible for the business banking division, credit administration, chaired the Senior Loan Committee, and has managed a commercial loan portfolio. Having worked with privately-held middle market companies throughout his banking career, Shawn has first hand knowledge of the unique succession planning needs facing owners. With a focus on long-term relationships as well as strong analytical, financial and negotiating skills, Shawn is committed to meeting the needs of owners and their families.
