John V. Veech is a Managing Director and Chairman of the Americas. With over 30 years of principal investing, advisory, and project finance experience, John has extensive knowledge in acquisitions, financings and management of Infrastructure Assets. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners (MSIP), John was a Managing Director in Lehman Brothers’ Private Equity Division and prior to that Global Head Project Finance. Prior to this, John was a Vice President at Salomon Brothers and an attorney with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. John holds a J.D., cum laude, from Boston University School of Law, where he was an editor of the Annual Review of Banking Law, as well as a B.S. in Accounting, magna cum laude, from Lehigh University, College of Business and Economics.
