Bio

Stephen Aulsebrook is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company. Mr. Aulsebrook has nearly 30 years of European investment banking experience and was most recently the CEO of Close Brothers Corporate Finance (recently renamed DC Advisory Partners) and previously Co-Chairman and Head of the European Restructuring Group at Close Brothers. Prior to this, Mr. Aulsebrook worked at Hill Samuel and Bankers Trust. He has built an extensive network of relationships in Europe, the U.S., Asia and the Middle East across leading corporations, banks, hedge funds, other principal funds and private equity investors through his work on mergers and acquisitions and financial restructuring transactions. Mr. Aulsebrook holds a degree in Law from the University of Leeds and subsequently qualified as a Barrister at the Inns of Court School of Law. He was called to the Bar by the Inner Temple and attended the Corporate Finance Program at the London Business School.
