Rich Harding is a Managing Director and Head of the US Private Equity Solutions Group at Moelis & Company where he advises financial sponsors, private asset managers, and family offices and their founders on portfolio optimization. Additionally, Mr. Harding leads the Firm’s Healthcare Services team and has extensive experience originating and executing a wide variety of corporate finance transactions in the healthcare sector including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations and other equity and debt transactions. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, he was an investment banker at Citigroup in the Global Healthcare Group where he advised healthcare services clients. Mr. Harding received a B.A. in Economics and Government from Connecticut College and an M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Michigan.
