Ramy Ibrahim is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he focuses on advising clients in the Gaming, Real Estate, Hospitality and Leisure industries. Mr. Ibrahim has over 17 years of investment banking and entrepreneurship experience. He joined Moelis & Company in early 2008 and has since worked in the Firm’s New York, Dubai and London offices. Mr. Ibrahim has advised clients in the U.K., Europe, Middle East, and United States on a broad range of mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity capital raises, and corporate and sovereign restructurings and recapitalizations. Mr. Ibrahim holds a B.B.A. in Entrepreneurship and International Studies from The Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston and an M.B.A. from the Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University, where he received the honorable M.A. Wright Award.
