Ping Chen is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company. Mr. Chen has over 15 years of investment banking experience advising clients on public takeover, auction, equity and debt financings, strategic review and restructuring, across traditional industries and high-growth industries of technology, media and healthcare. He advised clients such as Leyou Technology and Digital Extremes in online gaming, Yuyue Healthcare and YF Capital in meditech, Ninestar and PAG in industrial technology, and Wanda in commercial real estate. Prior to joining Moelis & Company in 2014, he was a Vice President in Mergers & Acquisitions team of Merrill Lynch Hong Kong. He previously worked as analyst in Financial Institutions Investment Banking of Citi London and started his career in the Equity Capital Market of Morgan Stanley London. Mr. Chen obtained MEng and BEng, top of 1st Class, in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from Imperial College, London in 2004. He also obtained MEng in Financial Engineering from University of Cambridge in 2005.
