Perry Hall is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company. Mr. Hall has over 20 years of investment banking experience and was most recently a Managing Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Retail and Consumer Group where he spent 15 years. Mr. Hall has extensive experience advising clients on a variety of strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and capital markets solutions. Prior to Bank of America Merrill Lynch, he worked at Salomon Smith Barney and First of Michigan. Mr. Hall holds a B.A. from St. Lawrence University and an M.B.A. from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
