Michael DiYanni is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company. Mr. DiYanni has extensive experience in the pricing, modeling and structuring of fixed income derivatives and securitizations. Prior to Moelis & Company, Mr. DiYanni was an Executive Director at JP Morgan in the Fixed Income Group, where he held multiple roles within the structured credit business including heading the North American Franchise Structuring Group, and the Credit Hybrids Pricing and Execution Group. While at JP Morgan, Mr. DiYanni was instrumental to the execution of a number of market leading structured credit transactions and advisory assignments. Previously, he was a Director in the Fixed Income Group at Citigroup on the Credit Derivatives Trading desk in New York and London. Mr. DiYanni holds a B.A. in Economics from Yale University and an M.S. in Finance and Economics from the London School of Economics.
