Jeff Raich is Co-President and a Founding Partner of Moelis & Company. Mr. Raich has been in the investment banking industry for 32 years and has advised on over 200 M&A transactions across a broad spectrum of industries. Previously, Mr. Raich was the Head of M&A at Moelis & Company and was instrumental in the build-out of the Firm’s M&A platform since its inception. Under his leadership in this role, the Firm soon became one of the leading boutique M&A advisory firms in the world. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Mr. Raich was the Joint Global Head of M&A at UBS Investment Bank, where he founded UBS’s Exclusive Sales and Divestitures Group. While at UBS, he was a member of the UBS Investment Bank Board, the UBS Global Management Committee and the Investment Banking Department Americas Executive Committee and was Co-Head of Investment Banking Los Angeles. Prior to joining UBS, Mr. Raich was a Managing Director and Head of West Coast Mergers and Acquisitions at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. He began his career as an investment banker with PaineWebber. He began his career as an investment banker with PaineWebber in 1989. Mr. Raich holds a B.S. with Distinction in Commerce from The McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia (Beta Gamma Sigma). He is a member of the McIntire School of Commerce Advisory Board at the University of Virginia. He is a Board Member of the UCLA Health System and is also Co-Chair of the Lung Health Advisory Board at UCLA. Mr. Raich also serves on The Posse Foundation National Board of Directors and the Foundation for Sarcoidosis Research (FSR) Board of Directors.
