Frank Sellman is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company. Mr. Sellman has extensive investment banking experience and specializes in advising companies in the building products and industrial distribution industries on a wide variety of corporate finance matters, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, financial restructurings, and public and private equity and debt financings. Prior to joining Moelis & Company in 2008, Mr. Sellman was a Managing Director at Bear Stearns, where he ran the firm's Exclusive Sales and Divestitures Group. Mr. Sellman was previously at Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin and began his career at the Bank of Boston. Mr. Sellman holds a B.A. in History from Boston University.
