Francesco Del Vecchio is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in recapitalization and restructuring. Mr. Del Vecchio has over 20 years of restructuring, financing and investment management experience advising debtors, creditors, private equity sponsors and governmental entities on a wide variety of in-court and out-of-court restructurings and capital structure assignments across a broad range of transactions, industries and jurisdictions. He joined the Firm as an Executive Director in 2011 and has worked in the Firm’s New York and London offices. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Mr. Del Vecchio held investment banking roles at Goldman Sachs and Citigroup in both New York and London and managed an investment portfolio at a New York-based asset manager. He began his career as an Analyst at Goldman Sachs. Mr. Del Vecchio holds a B.S. from Cornell University.
