Anuj Mathur is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he provides financial and strategic advice to internet and digital media companies. Within the sector, he focuses on companies in verticals including ecommerce & marketplaces, digital media & content, marketing & advertising technologies, SMB Internet & SaaS, and consumer fintech. Mr. Mathur has nearly 15 years of investment banking experience working with high-growth public and private companies in the internet and digital media sector. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, he was a Managing Director covering global internet and digital media at Barclays. Before that, Mr. Mathur spent 10 years at Deutsche Bank advising on M&A transactions and leading execution of equity and debt offerings for companies across the internet and digital media sector. Mr. Mathur holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside and an M.B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.
