Umberto Ruta is responsible for Corporate Financing activities. He has worked mainly with Institutional Clients such as Banks, Insurance, and large industries and service companies all over the world, directly following the Financial Section. In particular Umberto specializes in the creation of new financial products, such as bond issues, debt restructuring, corporate refinancing. Before collaborating with MGA he worked for several years as a delegate of Commerzbank AG in Italy, as head of Institutional Relations for 189 Italian Banks, since 2008 he has specialized in the Corporate world. Umberto has achieved all his studies and PhD in Germany.
