Norman Rainey joined Metropolitan Capital as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President in December 2019. Norman is a Certified Public Accountant with an extensive background in the banking industry. He previously served as Chief Account Officer and Executive Vice President of Parkway Bank & Trust from August 2018 to December 2019. Norman served as Senior Vice President, Mergers and Acquisitions for MB Financial Bank from October 2016 to August 2018. Prior to MB Financial Bank, he worked for First Midwest Bank, where he held multiple senior roles. Norman’s last role with First Midwest was Vice President of Corporate Development from February 2013 to October 2016, where his primary focus was expanding the company through strategic acquisitions. Before First Midwest, he spent nine years with MB Financial Bank serving in a range of roles with increasing responsibilities, including Vice President of Financial Reporting from December 2005 to September 2010.
