Bio

Nathan Moeri is a Managing Director in Mesirow Investment Banking. He is responsible for client management, execution leadership and new business development within the industrials sector with an emphasis on industrial technology. Prior to joining Mesirow in 2014, Nathan was an Associate in the industrials group at Robert W. Baird, focusing primarily on mergers and acquisitions advisory. Before that, he worked at Deutsche Bank Securities and The NorthernTrust Company. He is also a veteran of the United States Air Force. In 2016, Nathan was named a winner of The M&A Advisor’s 7th annual 40 Under 40 Emerging Leaders Awards in the Dealmaker category. Nathan earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Master of Business Administration from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. He holds FINRA Series 63 and 79 licenses.
