Melanie Yermack is a director in Mesirow Financial’s Investment Banking group. She is responsible for leading the day-to-day transaction execution process and contributing to the group's business development efforts in the paper, plastics and packaging sector. Prior to joining Mesirow Financial as an Investment Banking associate in 2011, Melanie was a manager in the Transaction Services division at PricewaterhouseCoopers, focusing on merger and acquisition advisory services. In 2017, Melanie was named a winner of The M&A Advisor's 8th Annual Emerging Leaders Awards in the Dealmaker category. Melanie earned a BS from the University of Illinois College of Business where she graduated with high honors. She holds a FINRA Series 79 license and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Melanie serves as a member of the Next Generation Associate Board for the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Council.
