Brian Price serves as the chief operating officer of Mesirow Financial’s Investment Banking group. He manages the day-to-day operations of the group, including internal operations, employee affairs and strategic initiatives. He is also responsible for working closely with managing directors on the transaction execution process. Brian has over ten years of investment banking experience across a wide range of industries, including paper, plastics and packaging, consumer and retail, and aerospace and defense. Prior to his current role, Brian served as an analyst, associate and vice president in Mesirow Financial’s Investment Banking group. In 2013, Brian’s achievements were recognized by The M&A Advisor, and he was named a winner of the 40 under 40 Awards for his work as a dealmaker in the M&A, financing and restructuring industry. Brian is very dedicated to his community and supports several philanthropic causes and charitable organizations. He is a member of the American Committee for the Weizmann Institute of Science’s Midwest Region Board of Directors and the Next Generation Board for the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum. He also serves on the Board of Directors for The Standard Club of Chicago, where he focuses on membership development and programming. Brian earned a BS from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. He also holds a FINRA Series 7 license.
