Adam Oakley is a Managing Director in Mesirow Investment Banking. He is responsible for developing key relationships, leading deal teams throughout the transaction process and providing advisory services on middle-market M&A assignments within the aerospace and defense and industrial sectors. Adam has more than 18 years of investment banking and valuation experience in a wide range of industries including aerospace and defense and diversified industrials, among others. Prior to joining Mesirow in 2004, he was an Associate with Standard & Poor's Corporate Value Consulting, focusing on intangible asset valuation and other financial advisory services.
