Greg has over ten years of M&A and Corporate Finance advisory services including strategic advisory, buy-side and sell-side, and capital formation (debt & equity) with over $2 billion of transaction value across 35 plus executed transactions for food, agribusiness, manufacturing, logistics, and pet products companies. Greg is a Director with Meridian Capital with a focus on the food, agribusiness, and supply chain industries. Prior to joining Meridian, he was a Vice President at Cascadia Capital, a Seattle-based Investment Bank, where he executed mergers & acquisitions, capital raising and direct investment transactions for middle market companies in the Food & Agribusiness sectors. Prior to Cascadia, he was an investment banker at Western Reserve Partners, where he executed middle market transactions across a variety of sectors, and with Fifth Third Bank, where he executed leveraged and structured finance transactions. Greg received his Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business from Ashland University (Ashland, Ohio). He holds his Series 63 and Series 79 licenses with FINRA.
