Bio

A native of the Silicon Valley and current resident of Nashville, Erik has spent the past 16+ years partnering with technology companies worldwide to unlock strategic value. He prides himself on building lasting relationships with entrepreneurs, understanding new market opportunities, and telling the stories of his clients that underscores the differentiation of their technology solutions. In his investment banking career Erik has completed more than 40 transactions (both on the buy and sell-side) spanning the global technology landscape with more than 40% being cross-border in nature. Prior to joining the founding team at Menalto Advisors, Erik was a tech investment banker with Pagemill Partners, CIBC / Oppenheimer, and SVB Alliant. Erik is passionate about his family, including his two daughters and away from work he loves exploring the world, restoring classic automobiles, traveling to F1 races in far flung locations, trying not to lose too many golf balls on the course, and philanthropic activities focused for terminally ill children and ending childhood hunger. Erik has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with emphasis in Finance and Entrepreneurship, and a minor in Economics from University of the Pacific.
