Mr. Robert S. Hersch is currently employed at Mastodon Ventures, Inc. in the position of Senior Managing Director. Mr. Hersch previously was a Vice President of Corporate Finance. From 1996 to 1999, he was an independent consultant in the areas of corporate finance, investor relations, and mergers and acquisitions. From 1994 to 1996, he was Chief Accounting Officer, Executive Vice President, and a Director of American Bingo & Gaming Corp.
