Bio

Rob Hamilton joined Marsh, Berry & Co., Inc. (MarshBerry) in 2002 as a Consultant. He was promoted to senior consultant in 2005 and vice president in 2007. Rob is a key contributor to the merger and acquisition and consulting practices at MarshBerry. His primary responsibilities include merger and acquisition valuation and analysis, due diligence, deal negotiation and integration planning. As a member of MarshBerry’s Michigan-based team, Rob performs agency valuations, consulting projects such as business planning, perpetuation planning and operational reviews and other general financial management consulting. Rob currently maintains the Series 62, 79 and 63 FINRA Registrations through MarshBerry Capital, Inc., the affiliated FINRA-registered Broker/Dealer of Marsh, Berry & Co., Inc. Prior to joining MarshBerry, Rob worked 13 years in the insurance industry and was the controller of a large bank-owned insurance agency in West Michigan. In addition to his financial and operational responsibilities at the bank-owned insurance agency, Rob was also involved in reviewing, implementing and integrating several agency acquisitions and assisted in the transition of other bank/insurance transactions. Rob holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration from Grand Valley State University.
