Robert co-founded Mahler Corporate Finance in 2009. Prior to joining Mahler Corporate Finance, Robert spent over 18 years at ABN AMRO / RBS of which 10 years in the Merger & Acquisitions department. As Executive Director, Robert executed a large number of advisory assignments in the mid market. Prior to M&A, Robert has 4 years experience in structuring and financing acquisitions of companies. Robert is an experienced deal maker. He has successfully completed numerous Corporate Finance transactions across various industries. A few examples are: the public offer on HITT NV, the acquisition of Fast Forward Wheels, the acquisitions of Fnsteel BV and Theis GmbH, the sale of Wiefferink, the sale of AXA Stenman Industries, the sale of Kunststoffenindustrie Attema, the acquisition of Circle Printers, the sale of Radio Holland, the sale of Standard Kessel Power Systems GmbH and the acquisition of Oy Ovako ab. Robert holds a Bachelors Degree from Nyenrode Business University, and a Masters Degree from the University of Bath.
