Andries joined Mahler Corporate Finance as a partner in 2013. He has more than 30 years of experience working in the investment banking industry. He has worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers as Corporate Finance Leader PwC Netherlands, for Petercam the Netherlands as Head of Corporate Finance and for Rabobank Securities as General Manager. In New York he worked for Amro Bank as well as Pierson, Heldring & Pierson’s subsidiary Pierson Sal. Oppenheim. Additionally, he spent time in London working for CS First Boston. Andries has been involved in a number of deals and projects in recent years. Examples include: strategic acquisition advisory for Dockwise Yacht Transport, the sale of footballcub AZ N.V. after the bankruptcy of DSB Holding, the sale of ATP International Group to Equistone Partners Europe Limited, sale of the co-insurance activities of AXA to Royal Nederland, the sale of an Italian production location of Akzo Nobel, transport & logistics industry deals such as the sale of United Tank Transport (UTT) to Interbulk Group Plc in a reverse takeover process, real estate industry deals such as the takeover of Multi Development Corporation by Amstelland, and deals in the financial sector. Andries attended an Executive Program at NY University, USA.
