Jon co-founded MPG in 2004. Jon has over 20 years of experience advising leading software, media, marketing and technology driven services companies on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, financings and general corporate development. Jon was previously co-founder of GlobalNet Partners, a venture capital fund that invested in several successful enterprise software, eCommerce and tech-enabled services companies including Medidata Solutions (Nasdaq: MDSO), OnlineBenefits (acquired by A.D.A.M.), ImpactXoft (acquired by Autodesk) and FanBuzz (acquired by ValueVision). Prior to GlobalNet, Jon was Vice President of U.S. Equities at MLC International Investment Group, a private investment fund, where he was responsible for investing in public and private U.S. equities. Prior to MLC, Jon was an investment banker at Hambro America Securities where he was involved in private placements and merchant banking activities. Jon was previously an investment banker at Bear, Stearns & Co. in its Technology Investment Banking Group. Jon has a B.A. in Economics from Union College.
