Tom Kofman has over 25 years of experience in North American Capital markets as both issuer and banker. Tom has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of IPC Financial Network Inc., Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of RealFund. Tom is a Chartered Accountant and received a Bachelor of Arts degree from York University. He is a director of Urbanfund Corp. and Pure Nickel Inc., TSX Venture Exchange listed companies.
