Bio

Mr. Seltzer has more than two decades experience running companies in a variety of industries and for which he has raised substantial capital and managed the exit process multiple times. Bob also has more than a decade of Wall Street experience including corporate finance work in capital raises, private placements in public companies and financial restructuring. Bob has subject matter expertise in specific industry verticals including financial services, enterprise software, SaaS, health care IT, web-based business transaction processing services, government contracting and specialty manufacturing. Bob has served as chairman of the NIST Advanced Technology Partner Consortium for Healthcare. This group included major industry representatives including foundations (C. Everrett Koop Foundation, hospitals (Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center) and industry (Oracle Corporation) who were assembled to develop secure collaborative electronic health records. Bob also created and managed a joint venture with McKinsey and Company to deliver multi-million solutions to the largest US Banks including Bank of America, Citibank, JP Morgan Chase and Wells Fargo. In addition to advising LockeBridge clients on mergers and acquisition Bob is a practice leader in LockeBridge’s fast growing Strategic Advisory and Corporate Finance Services. Bob has advised LockeBridge clients on strategic partnerships, technology licensing agreement and corporate finance activities including capital raises, refinancing and balance sheet restructuring. Bob is an US Masters All American, National Record Holder and Top Ten swimmer. In 2020, Bob was inducted into the New England Swimming Hall of Fame for his contributions to the development of masters swimming.
