Oleg provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and special situations advisory services for mid-market companies in Russia. He has nearly 20 years of experience advising on corporate finance transactions for leading private equity groups, large corporations and privately owned business. Oleg has broad knowledge across industries, deep regional expertise and longstanding relationships with business leaders throughout Russia. Oleg is passionate about helping top-notch Russian mid-market companies find international strategic or financial investors who are looking to expand and add high-quality brands to their portfolios. Prior to joining Lincoln, Oleg was head of corporate finance at Credit Suisse and a senior M&A project leader at PwC. He also worked at EY and Arthur Anderson. Oleg holds a doctorate in economic science from St. Petersburg University.
