Mohit provides support for business development efforts in Lincoln’s Mumbai office and leads the execution of transactions. He has over 11 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), restructurings, divestments and private equity fund raising in India. Mohit has worked across industry verticals, specializing in healthcare services and consumer goods. He helps clients in these sectors fund their long-term growth plans, pursue inorganic growth strategy and create value accretive outcomes for shareholders. Before joining Lincoln, Mohit was a part of IDFC Securities, advising clients on M&A, private equity and capital market transactions. Prior to joining IDFC, Mohit was part of the corporate finance team at the Aditya Birla Group where he was involved in major M&A transactions. Mohit has a postgraduate diploma in management from the Indian Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines).
