Brian has significant experience leading mergers & acquisitions transactions for companies manufacturing or providing engineered products and systems along with value-added services. Recent clients have included companies serving diverse, growth-oriented end markets including industrial, transportation, aerospace and defense, medical device, pharmaceuticals and personal care. Brian has experience working with private equity, family-owned and public companies. He is an advocate for his clients, providing perspectives that help them identify ways to differentiate in their markets, manage challenging issues and create value. He has a track record of delivering premium outcomes for his clients. Prior to joining Lincoln, Brian worked in the proprietary research group of Glenview Capital Management and at Fitch Ratings in the asset-backed securities group. Brian earned a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University.
