Bio

Mr. Mateicka has been our Chief Compliance Officer since 2006. Prior to joining Ladenburg, Mr. Mateicka spent the majority of his career with Lehman Brothers, J.P. Morgan and Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. Mr. Mateicka’s industry background spans more than 35 years, including extensive experience in retail & institutional office branch management, administration, compliance and operations management of private client service back and middle offices. He holds a B.S. degree in Economics from St. Peter’s College, as well as holding the series 3, 4, 7, 8, 24, 63, 51, and 65 licenses.
