Ms. Chillemi has served as the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and as a Director since July 2006. Ms Chillemi has been Chief Financial Officer of the Ladenburg Thalmann Asset Management Co. Inc. since February 2008. She is the Vice President of finance and accounting of Ladenburg Thalmann Financial Services Inc. and she had been the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ladenburg Thalmann Financial Services Inc. from July 2006 until March 2008 and from August 1999 until May 2001. Ms. Chillemi joined Ladenburg Capital Management Inc., a former operating subsidiary of Ladenburg Thalmann Financial Services Inc., in February 1997 as its Director of Finance and from July 1999 to June 2003 served as its Chief Financial Officer.
