Dan Parrett, has over 20 years experience exclusively valuing and executing sales of privately held businesses. The majority of his professional career has been focused on this endeavor. Dan Parrett spent 20 years as a Managing Director in Citigroup Capital Strategies Middle Market Investment Bank (formerly known as The Geneva Companies until purchased by Citigroup in 2001) where he was a consistent top producer and award winning team leader. He was also Director of Development for CIGNA International where he played an instrumental role in two major insurance acquisitions valued at $250 million and $130 million. He was also a management consultant at Booz, Allen & Hamilton, Inc. Dan has a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Manhattan College and an MBA from New York University. He holds FINRA Series 7, 63, 79 and 24 General Securities Principal licenses.
