Jeffrey J. Wishner joined KBW in 2002 and advises West Coast banks, thrifts and financial institutions on M&A and capital raising transactions. Previously, Jeffrey worked at Putnam Lovell Securites and Banc of America Securities (formerly Montgomery Securities) with the same industry focus. Jeffrey has over 25 years of experience and he has been involved in over 110 M&A transactions with over $22B in transaction value and over 95 capital raising transactions with over $11B raised. He often speaks at banking conferences on topics surrounding M&A and capital markets. Jeffrey received an MBA from Harvard University and a BS in Finance from UC Berkeley.
