Irena Snider joined KBW in 2016 and is a Managing Director in KBW’s FinTech and financial services investment banking group. Previously, Irena was in the financial services investment banking group at Raymond James & Associates, covering the consumer and commercial specialty finance and financial technology sectors, and in the global & quantitative tax consulting group at Ernst & Young. Irena focuses on M&A advisory transactions, equity and debt private placements and public equity offerings for companies in the financial services sector. Irena received a Bachelor in Accounting from University of Mississippi and an MBA from Emory University.
