Garth Hackshall is based in London and joined KBW in 2017. Prior to that, he has spent 15 years at Deloitte London as a senior partner leading the FIG Corporate Finance team. For the past 20 years he has acted as lead adviser on a wide range of M&A transactions for corporate clients, privately owned businesses, and financial sponsors. He is responsible for originating and leading transactions across a wide range of sectors including retail & commercial insurance, insurance distribution, reinsurers, banks, specialist lending, asset management, Insurtech, and FinTech. Garth graduated from University of Sydney with a BA in Economics.
