Raj Dayalan is a Managing Director in JMP Securities’ technology investment banking group with a focus on Internet and software. Prior to joining JMP, Raj was a Managing Director at Rothschild & Co. concentrating on technology subsectors such as mobile payments, marketing technology, and software-as-a-service. Raj was previously at Houlihan Lokey, where he served as co-head of Internet and related software investment banking, and at UBS Investment Bank, where he served as co-head of Internet and payments investment banking. Earlier in his career, Raj held business development roles in mobile technology and healthcare informatics, after working in technology investment banking at both Deutsche Bank Securities and Salomon Brothers. Raj holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA from University of California, Irvine.
