Lena Dalbey has nearly 20 years of investment banking experience including a decade with leading global investment banking firms executing mergers & acquisitions, IPOs and private placements. She joined JDB Capital Partners in 2007 as a Managing Director to focus on the firm’s senior client relationships and transaction execution services. Prior to joining JDB, Lena was an Executive Director within the Investment Banking Division of Morgan Stanley’s Financial Sponsor Group in San Francisco which focused on originating and executing leveraged buyouts for some of the country's largest and most reputable private equity firms. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Lena was a Vice President in the investment banking division of Montgomery Securities in San Francisco. Lena began her investment banking career as an Associate with Salomon Brothers Inc in New York. Lena is a Board Member and Treasurer of the Arizona Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Arizona and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Lena is also a principal owner of JDB Capital Securities LLC and holds the Series 7, 24, 63 and 79 licenses.
