Dan Bennatt has more than 14 years of investment banking and private equity experience and formed JDB Capital Partners in 2002 with the objective of serving a select group of clients with quality and integrity. He has completed a number of corporate finance, M&A and principal investment transactions across a variety of industries, including financial services, technology, manufacturing, consumer products and business services. He has also made principal investments into a select number of portfolio companies which today generate approximately $75 million in annual revenues. Prior to forming JDB, Dan worked with several regional investment banking and private equity firms including Bank One Capital Partners, Koch Ventures and Wells Fargo Van Kasper. His responsibilities included reviewing late-stage leveraged buy-out and investment opportunities, directing strategic development and corporate finance objectives of portfolio companies and engaging in mergers & acquisitions and private placement services. Dan began his investment banking career with Alex Sheshunoff & Co. a boutique investment bank focused on the financial institutions industry. Dan received his BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin and received the Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute. Dan holds the Series 7, 63 and 79 licenses.
