Rahn Amitai has spent his career as an Investment Banker providing M&A, asset disposition, capital raise, and strategic advisory services to clients, focusing on M&A assignment execution and capital raises. Prior to joining JD Merit, Amitai was Co-Founder of Sahale Global Advisors, a boutique investment bank focused on servicing smaller technology companies. He worked to providing expert counsel on clients’ best strategic choices, and efficiently and effectively transacting and executing those decisions. He also worked as an Associate at ATREG, Inc., where he was intimately involved in assignments in the semiconductor and advanced technology industries resulting in the closure of over $150 million in deal value.ou
