Patrick brings to Integris Partners the skills developed from his work at several prominent investment banks as well as from his time doing in-house corporate M&A. In recent years, he has focused mainly on transactions in Food and other Consumer sectors, as well as Agriculture. Prior to Integris Partners, Patrick was a Managing Director at another middle-market firm serving closely-held companies, financial sponsors, and public companies, and previous to that he was a member of Credit Suisse First Boston’s Mergers and Acquisitions Group in New York. Before becoming an investment banker, he completed a number of M&A transactions in his role as Head of Corporate Development for Katy Industries, a publicly traded consumer and industrial products company. He started his career as a CPA with Deloitte & Touche, LLP. He is a founding member of the Mile High Five Foundation. Patrick is a graduate of the University of Colorado and earned his MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
