Bio

Pras Kayilasanathan is a Principal at INFOR Financial with a focus on Technology and Healthcare. Pras leads the day-to-day execution of M&A and capital raising mandates for both private and public companies, working closely with business owners, executive management teams, board of directors, Private Equity sponsors, institutional and individual investors to create successful outcomes. Prior to joining INFOR, Pras was a Director in Corporate Finance (M&A) at BDO Canada and worked in Investment Banking with Jefferies LLC in New York as a leveraged finance specialist. He began his career as a corporate finance and M&A lawyer with Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP in Toronto. Pras holds an MSc from the London School of Economics, Juris Doctor from Queen’s University, an MBA from the Ivey School of Business at Western University, and an Honors Bachelor of Arts from Trent University.
