Gayle Grant joined Imperial Capital in 2006 and serves as a Managing Director, Assistant General Counsel. Ms. Grant is responsible for advising the firm regarding bank debt transactions as well as overseeing bank debt, trade claims and private securities settlements from the New York office. Prior to joining Imperial Capital, Ms. Grant held the position of Associate at Mandel, Katz & Brosnan LLP practicing in the secondary loan trading markets where she provided legal advice to banks, hedge funds and other financial institutions on matters relating to the purchase and sale of distressed assets, including private debt and equity securities. In addition, Ms. Grant served as an Associate with Levin & Srinivasan LLP where she was primarily responsible for private equity investments as well as merger and acquisitions transaction.
